Our History in Merced Community and Real Estate
Mike Salvadori’s Real Estate career started over 40 years in Merced, California.
Mike opened his own brokerage, Century 21 Salvadori Realty in 1982. He decided to join the Century 21 Team because of their cutting edge technology. Mike used this opportunity to serve the community of Merced and hire the best real estate agents in town.
Salvadori Realty was set apart from the other Real Estate Agencies by its highly trained and experienced agents. Mike prided himself on community involvement and encouraged his agent to do the same. Mike’s connection to his community allowed him and his agents to meet and serve many of their neighbors in Merced.
With hard work and determination, Salvadori Realty was a persistently a top office in Merced County. For several years, our office was voted number one in Merced SunStar Reader’s Choice. He cared for his community and it is reflected in how the residents of Merced trusted Salvadori Realty to be their “Real Estate Company”.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Merced real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
